A Sewage TreatmentPlant system is actually a process by which we treat water that has been rendered impure due to our daily activities. In order to make this water pure again and remove the pollutants, we provide customized and normal sewage treatment packages so that you can use the water for gardening or toilet flushing purposes at least. Our packages are based upon the following

1. MBBR – Movable Bio Bed Reactor
2. MBR – Membrane Bio Reactor
3. SBR – Sequential Batch Reactor
4. AAP - Anaerobic and Aerobic Process
5. ASP - ASP – Activated Sludge Process
6. FSTP – Faecal Sludge Treatment

Many STPs are known as three-stage because they process their wastewater in three principal
steps:
I. Primary Treatment
II. Bio-Logical Treatment
III. Secondary Treatment
IV. Tertiary Treatment

OBJECT OF THE PROPOSED TREATEMENT SCHEME

A. Mechanical Screening:

A combination of grit chamber and mechanical rotary screening system has provided to remove complete floating particles and suspended solids in the raw sewage.

B. Dual Anaerobic Bed Reactor:

Anaerobic bed reactor with fixed bed media introduced to reduced the sludge generation and organic load before enter into aerobic process.

C. Neutralization and Equalization:

The raw sewage will neutralize by acid if required to bring down the pH from alkaline and equalization cum storage tank by agitating with air.

D. Aeration(MBBR) and Secondary clarifier (Biological treatment):

Aeration tank provided with MBBR followed by secondary clarifier to remove total suspended
(TSS), chemical oxygen demand (COD) and both soluble and insoluble bio-logical oxygen demand (BOD).

E. Followed by disinfection (Chlorination):

After bio-logical treatment the disinfection unit provided to killing micro-organisms.
